We went fly fishing just below Gross Reservoir in the South Boulder Creek. There were a lot of fish in the river, but only a few were hungry for our flies. From the beginning, there was a competition to see who could catch the most fish. At the last minute, Mojdeh pulled in her 7th fish so that the day would end in a draw. She pulled in the first Rainbow, and I pulled out the last one. My "hero" fish was a 13 inch Rainbow Trout that made me feel like a champ for the rest of the day.
